I'm currently in pre-production on a short film called Souvenir. I was wondering if any of the talented artists here would be interested in designing a poster for me. Just to show around to folks to get excited about the film.
For the look of the poster, I have in mind an old fashioned typerwriter on a desk. Preferably one that looks like this:
Sticking out of the typerwriter, I think it would be cool to have a piece of paper with the title "Souvenir" with a messy font or runny ink kind of look, and then have a bit of blood splattered on the paper. Dark lighting and desaturated colors.
Also, having it say A Film by Brendan Morrisey somewhere would be nice too.
