I've read a short sotry in one of the DC fanzines about the appearance of Batwoman. Just what is her point? I have a pretty good idea of who she is( hint-how many stupendously wealthy redheads are there in Gotham City?) but I won't reveal it?

Batwoman - in nearly all of her incarnations - has had a simple point; to be a female reflection of Batman. Maybe this Batwoman will have some new...catch - I'm sure she'll get some greater character depth in the future - but at this point in her history (remember, she was just created last year, and has only had a handful of appearances so far), she simply totally fleshed out yet.

She's a lesbian. That's her point.

she's a lesbian with the new female question...that's hot :o

Porn. That is her point. That's why they have a lesbian Question and a lesbian Catwoman.

Fan boy fap material.

The gay superhero community is really a minority, I can't name one gay superhero...is being gay considered worse than lesbian?

I'm no gay just wondering...not that there's anything wrong with being gay...well you know.

Northstar is a gay superhero, Wiccan and Hulkling from Young Avengers are gay with each other, Ultimate Collosus is gay in UXM...there's alot more too, but those are the most noteable gay superheroes...

I've always hated extended Bat-family characters. I can live with a few, but man, do we really need Batwoman? Gotham is already feeling pretty crowded.

Actually, Gotham has the least amount of heroes its had in years.

Nightwing's gone, Batgirl's gone, Oracle's gone, Orpheus and that other chick are gone. It's pretty much just Batman, Robin and Batwoman. And even Batwoman hasn't had any appearances outside of 52 (a point in time when Batman & Robin weren't appearing themselves).

Oh. Well, that's nice to hear. I haven't been reading the comics directly for a while (I've been sticking to collected volumes to get my fix). That's nice to hear.

She's hot, she does some damage and she's Bruce's...well, I don't honestly what she is to Bruce.
