I'm curious what the non CBM picks are going to be.

Just some of the ones I can see having the biggest impact on pop culture and/or capturing the zeitgeist...

Inception
The Social Network
Mad Max: Fury Road
Frozen
Get Out

By order of release, all varying from praise to popularity:

Inception
Despicable Me (because of those damned Minions)
Rise of the Planet of the Apes
The Hunger Games
The Avengers
The Dark Knight Rises
Skyfall
Django Unchained
Frozen
The LEGO Movie
Guardians of the Galaxy
Furious 7 (first one in the franchise to crack $1B)
Mad Max: Fury Road
Jurassic World
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
Deadpool
Suicide Squad (mostly for Harley Quinn's popularity)
Get Out
Logan
Wonder Woman
Star Wars: The Last Jedi (its divisiveness definitely left an impact)
Black Panther
Avengers: Infinity War
Avengers: Endgame
Once Upon a Time in Hollywood
Joker
Parasite

The 2010s was the decade where CBMs took the next step. They dominated the entire decade in the box office and began to garner real critical acclaim. I'm afraid some really truly great movies got lost in the mix because CBMs were so prominent.

The non-CBM films that stayed with me from the last decade: the John Wick Trilogy, Get Out, Parasite, and Mad Max: Fury Road.

I put a question marks next to the ones you can possibly get rid of:

The Social Network
Inception
Bridesmaids
Fast Five and/or Furious 7
Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol (?)
The Hunger Games
The Avengers
The Dark Knight Rises
Skyfall
Django Unchained
Frozen
The Wolf of Wall Street (?)
The Lego Movie
Guardians of the Galaxy
Gone Girl (?)
John Wick
Mad Max: Fury Road
Creed (?)
Deadpool
Wonder Woman
Get Out
Black Panther
Avengers: Infinity War
A Quiet Place (?)
Crazy Rich Asians (?)
A Star Is Born (?)
Avengers: Endgame
Joker

Just looking at your list, there's a bunch I can't believe I missed like Bridesmaids, The Wolf of Wall Street, A Quiet Place and Crazy Rich Asians to name a few.

Adding some that haven't been mentioned:

WB's DCEU movies (Man of Steel, BvS, JL, Wonder Woman, Aquaman)
The Conjuring-verse movies (The Conjuring, The Conjuring 2, Annabelle, et al)
Star Wars sequel trilogy
Blade Runner 2049
La La Land
Interstellar

I can't believe no one has pointed out the one really really obvious answer:

The Avengers.

No movie can come close to its degree of influence and importance in the whole decade.

I'll throw The Babadook on the pile. I think only The Conjuring competes with it for most influential horror movie of the decade. Kind of the first arthouse horror crossover and set the stage for A24.

I mean, there's at least two posts before yours that mentioned Avengers.

I think it’s still a bit too soon to call.

Some listed were big moneymakers but I’m not sure were “iconic” in the sense of E.T across the moon, T-Rex footstep vibration in a cup style iconography. Where everybody knows what you’re talking about if you show an image or say a quote.

Hell, Marvel is more iconic as a whole at this point than really ONE movie. I don’t see the first Avengers being quoted so much or anything particular “iconic” in its visuals as some of the later films have.

At the top of my head, Get Out and John Wick seem to have permeated in terms of iconic imagery. People seem to know even if they haven’t even seen them.

The MCU may be iconic as a whole, but there are a few MCU movies that are definitely iconic in their own right, like Guardians of the Galaxy and Black Panther.

2010: inception
2011: x-men first class
