Now that the 2010s are behind us, what film year do you think won the decade?

My pick goes to 2014 and here's why...

Guardians of the Galaxy
X-Men: Days of Future Past
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes
Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance)
The Grand Budapest Hotel
Snowpiercer
Whiplash
The Raid 2
The Signal
Selma
The Guest
Boyhood
Nightcrawler
Edge of Tomorrow
Gone Girl
The Lego Movie
Locke
Chef
Dear White People
Under the Skin
Obvious Child
The Frame
Get on Up
22 Jump Street
The Rover
A Most Violent Year
Paddington
'71
John Wick
Foxcatcher
The Maze Runner
Noah
A Walk Among the Tombstones
The Equalizer
It Follows
The Drop
Muppets Most Wanted
Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones
Neighbors
The Purge: Anarchy
Top Five
The Interview
Wild

It's also one of the best scifi years in recent memory.

For me it was 2012, then 2017 and then 2014.

2014 with 2017 closely behind. Good lord, 2014 was a killer year.

2012, 2013, 2014 and 2017 were all great years IMO, but 2014 was really on a whole other level just for awesome, quality films like Whiplash, Interstellar, Gone Girl, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes and Nightcrawler just to name a few along with so many others that have already been mentioned.
