Not really that difficult to see. It's a superhero family, so deal with family issues. Have a young Jack Jack struggling to control his powers, maybe Violet is about to leave for college and the parents deal with empty nest syndrome, etc. You can easily picture a 3rd movie

If they do age up the characters, they could also play on Violet or Dash getting married to a normie and what implications and prejudices could arrive out of it.
