Interest in X-Men 3 Alternate Edit Blu-ray/DVD?

I know this is a little late, and beating a dead horse, but I love the x-men too much to let this pass by any further. Ive seen people make and sell alternate cuts of Batman Forever, why not X3?
So would anyone be up for making an alternate edit of the film? Im very new to this and have no experience in the technology used, or programs used to edit films. Can anyone help me with this? it would be greatly appreciated! The deleted scenes on the blu ray of X3 are in perfect HD quality, Is there a way to rip the scenes and re edit the movie? Please if you are interested contact me at [email protected] and we can work together. I know MANY people who would be interested in this, so you know what that means...

Im talking a major re edit, inserting deleted scenes and replacing scenes with alternates and alternate endings. Eliminating goofy sound effects (such as the bowling pin noise juggernaut creates in the final battle) and goofy lines that disrespect X-men (Juggernaut ******!??) No alteration of CGI needed. Just scene edits and a more serious cut to fall in line with the first 2 movies.

This film has the potential to be an amazing epic, it just needs the right editing and care. Lets make Wolverine less of a leader, lets not have Rouge take the cure, lets extend what was suppose to be an epic final battle. We can make this a film that true X-Fans can take seriously, and not be some popcorn fluff! Lets have a film that at least lives up to the trailers! If anything, lets just talk about it and get the ball rolling. I HAVE to find someone to do this. Please post if your interested or can help!

lol yea for real. but we can at least try and make due with what we have. I believe It could be 50 times better then what we got. At least more watchable and serious and not as cheesy.

I think this is a good idea. XIII was edited to death. It's like the theatrical release of Daredevil.

The original idea Bryan Singer had was much better than the final film, an x-men 3 and 4 filmed back to back, 3 would be the phoenix saga while 4 would be the final battle , evn 3 would be more epic than last stand with phoenix destroying ships and being Ciclops the one who has to make the bad decision and become more of the leader of the comics.
Well, even with that i like your idea, i'm with you budy, but be carefull with what First Class may retcon from the movie, then you could make it a true follow up to Bryan Singer's movies.

it's true bout that site. i'm a member of it. the fanedit of Spider-Man 3: Redemption. That was pretty awesome.

i'd definitely like to see something come of this tho. considering that right now i dont even count X-Men 3 as a film (cause it was lacking in many ways to the expectations and setups from the previous 2 films).
