Hey.

I'm writing an article for an up-scale New York newspaper on iPhone applications, and who/what kind of person DOES NOT use them, and why. There are 50,000 applications available - why not use any?

I'm sure there are people like that on this board, at least one member must know "that guy." So, any information would be great. I'm willing to quote, so if you'd like to be quoted please leave your name (or send it to me privately).

Responses would be best ASAP.

Thanks so much, all. I really appreciate this.

So this question is only those who have iPhone/iPod Touch who don't download applications?

Yes, only for iPhone users who do not download or use applications. I know, there's probably only 5 in the country, but if you know anyone (or are one of those 5) PLEASE let me know.

The iPhone is not worth it, unless you get the apps.
They turn a simple internet device and phone into a much more powerful device that can be seriously configured to the needs of the user. THAT is the power of the iPhone

I love my iPhone. But, there are apps I wont buy. I rarely spend any more than $.99 for an app. I only buy things that make my life easier, like Balance (to watch my money) or Livestrong (to watch my calories). I stopped buying games because I never play them.

My current favorite is Remote. Being able to control my iTunes on my Macbook with my iPhone in another room is pretty amazing.
