does anyone have any news about this what so ever? i have only heard rumours and stuff is it set before the film or is it nothing to do with the film etc

in one article in Ifmagazine it says that the cartoon will be on after the movie

Your right, Marvel said they plan on releasing it fall of 2007, it may go to Cartoon Network, who also got Fantastic Four, but not sure on where it will actually go, thats just a guess.

i understand from other posts thatiron man will guest star on the new ff show so his apearance will probably lead into the show

There aren't any clips of concept art as yet, the only clips for any thing Iron Man related is for the Lionsgate animated film, due out early next year.

Here's something, I got this from comics2film.com, under Iron Man animated movie, dated August 28,2005, " C21media reports that France 2 will co-produce a new animated series of 26 half hour episodes adapted from the Marvel comic book character Iron Man".
I couldn't read the entire story as I needed to be a subscriber. I also checked and dated October 6, 2004 Fantastic Four animated series is being produced by France's Antefilms Production, so both series seem to be in the hands of French production groups, the Fantastic 4 is very well done, so it bolds well for Iron Man.
Also, Marvel did say recently, that the new Iron Man series would debut fall of 2007, most likely on Cartoon Network.

Ugh. The new Fantastic Four cartoon is hideous. I really don't want to see Iron Man get the same treatment.
