More interested in what they do with the Frankenstein monster himself, though Jolie is a solid pick for the Bride. Hopefully she'll have more screen time than Elsa Lanchester in the original.

Have any of you seen The Bride with Sting as Dr. F. and Clancy Brown as the creature? This is quite an enjoyable flick - and it gets even better when you turn off the color at watch it in black and white!

Another worthwhile film, and heaps better than most werewolf movies is Mike Nichol's Wolf with Jack Nicholson and Michelle Pheiffer. I am surprised that it does not get the recognition it deserves.
