Is Anyone Else Experiencing This from the Site?...

This is really starting to piss me off, every time I like want to make a post or whatever, this annoying message in top left corner of the screen keeps on popping up constantly. I know it's only for this site because I checked but I just wanted to know if anyone else is having this problem(probably my crap-ass Vista piece of crap that I'm going to punch-out in a second) or is it just me?...

No...but I use Opera, and it blocks all popups...

No pop ups. Just every time I enter the site I see monkeys dancing outside my window. And I live twelve feet off the ground in the suburbs!
