Namor is with Marvel, Kevin Feige just addressed this but Universal (somewhat owns the distributions rights, similarly to Hulk).

I think after the messy contracts that are infront of the Namor rights, Marvel will shoe him in the MCU, in what / who's storyline, Idk yet.

Kingpin is shared by sony and marvel together.
sony characters arent hard to use like FOX.
They could deal with sony because sony want to cooperate with Marvel (avengers had spidey but cut)
