Ok, The movie is 86-88 minutes run, some reviews from asia are bad, but most of the reviews coming from 70 minutes on a computer screen and bootleg, how fair is that?

Has the people spoiled themselves too much that this short movie seen out of surprises?

peopel who saw the 70 minute bootleg were complaining about the footage that they saw.

did they complain about the footage that they didnt see?

is it unfair to complain about scenes from the trailer? sometimes it is when you dont see them in context. but youcan talk about the quality.

Uh huh. When I was a teenager, I had to sit and read books while my star wars pages loaded. Now kids today just click and BOOM full movies! Of course they'll bash the hell out of it based on a crappy bootleg. Oh well, us old folks remember the good ol' days, just toss money at a movie and hope it's good! Take the hit like a man!!!

A computer scream is like a Wilhelm scream..? :hehe:

I see your point.

Many like them and/or hate them.

Remember before the premier in Asia, some guys were saying this was the best movie ever?

Well now many said is the worst movie ever, after watch it on the internet

in small screen the magic of effects, music and sound is diferent. and those are the strenght of this movie

noone was serious when said that it was the best movie ever.

if people can decide to watc ha movie in a theater based on a 2 mintue trailer then i think its fair to not watch DB:E based on the bootleg. it has acting, action. yes it looks bad because it filmed with a camera in a dark room. but the acting is very important to people. and it looks bad IMO. there is almost no action.
lighter and more detailed footage will not change this.

sorry but some people here dont like the movie. to bad because DB has potential to make IM or TF type of money if done right.

I don't think the extra minutes will make the movie much better, I mean unless it's like the most extremely awesome 18 minutes ever that redefines the overall film IDT the reviews will change

IMO the movie was like a Spykids movie... I think it'll be more appealing to kids and that's how they should market it, as changing Bulma's hair and getting rid of the talking animals didn't make it any more realistic

The 70 minute bootleg isn't telling us anything we already know.

The movie's ****tiness is plain to see right now. As well as how Fox isn't advertising it and not putting the trailer with any major releases.

I watched it on the 70 minute booleg and I gotta say, it wasn't that bad. Don't get me wrong its not a good movie by any means, but it was a lot better than I expected. And, if you take it as a reimagining of the dragonball universe its watchable. But, if your expecting it to follow the manga and be just like it then the m9vie isn't for you,

The first half an hour of any film is enough to decide wether i like it or not.

Another 20 minutes or so isn't going to make a difference in this case.

wont change the film... but sure as hell will f*** up the experience.

imagine watching Grindhouse on a computer alone lol

people can say anything they want the movie is what it is a piece of **** now that rumor about adding 20 more minutes in the AMERICAN VERSION what is the point I mean what will be different just more horrible acting and lame plot points honestly PEOPLE LETS FACE FACTS ALMOST ALL ADAPTATIONS SUCK BUT LETS FACE THIS FLICK TAKES THE CAKE THE ONLY SUCCESSFUL ADAPTATIONS ARE SPIDERMAN, THE DARK KNIGHT AND X-MEN 1,2 NOT 3 (I KNOW THIS IS NOT ANIME ADAPTATIONS BUT STILL THE SAME MATERIAL)

No, it's fair, the acting will still be ******, the dialogue horrible, and the effects mediocre at best, a clearer picture and additional twenty minutes will not fix that.

I'm sorry, but is this your real opinion
Iron Man wasn't a successful adaptation? Spider-Man 2? Batman Begins?

On-topic, as Lobo said - a less grainy picture and ten minutes of additional footage isn't going to make this movie any less terrible

I'm generally more forgiving watching it on the PC. When I have money riding on it I'm more demanding, so if anything I'll hate even more in theatres.
