I think the only benefit for us aside being the first to potentially see the trailer on the big screen is that we will probably score some swag out of it. I think if they were going to show us more they would let us know prior to the screening.

Yeah theres a chance there wont be much but honestly what else are you going to be doing that day? Why not go out and hang with some people for a few hours have some fun right?

By the way with regards to the 300 people thing, capacity for the IMAX theatre at Scotiabank is 350 (I checked for the prologue to get an idea haha).

I'll likely come because I don't wanna be left out of the people who saw the trailer... plus potential swag. The Gotham Times sounds very likely since last time we got it, then they handed them out at the theatres around here anyways.

Well, it's just a matter of getting to Toronto (not a big deal)...having a friend to come with (but Im sure I can find someone to go)...and having an internet buddy give me directions (yipes...that may be tough)

this is precisely why i don't think we're going to see the trailer at all in imax. believe me, if it does happen, i'll be the first to admit i'm wrong, but why would they tell us to have someone online helping us if they don't get to see the trailer either.

Indeed not to mention while our starting location is near an imax there are some in other cities that are not near a theatre.

Well I am guessing the trailer will come online...and at IMAX...but the people at IMAX will get SWAG... (probably enough to share with the buddy online)

i personally think it's going to be swag. i think the reason they are making us do whatever it is we have to do, is to unlock something online that will either lead us to the trailer online, or to another game which will lead us to the trailer eventually. let's be realistic, when has 42 ever given us a game that leads us straight to something we want. we always have to work hard for our gifts.
the only thing that throws me off is that this is the first outing that involves a large group of us working together.

i personally think it's going to be swag. i think the reason they are making us do whatever it is we have to do, is to unlock something online that will either lead us to the trailer online, or to another game which will lead us to the trailer eventually. let's be realistic, when has 42 ever given us a game that leads us straight to something we want. we always have to work hard for our gifts.

Clearly the phones, and bowling balls and stuff like that is what would lead us to the next step...so what would it be this time? Unless it is a new Gotham Times and it has new websites on it...

but how do they know if they are going to have enough for everyone (unless it is infact GT vol3, that would be easy, they could print a million of those)

the swag itself may not be what leads us to the next step, it may just be a "thank you for participating" gift. we're obviously going to be walking around downtown T.O. for some purpose, so my guess is we have to go find clues, sort of like a scavenger hunt, and those clues are what leads us to the next step. and since this is a world wide event, maybe we have to combine all the clues from the different cities in order to move to the next step.

i just realized my imagination is running wild with me. i've never been able to anticipate any game they've created for us so far, but from all the information we have this seems the most logical possibility at the moment.
