Japanese site

Whoa! I maybe slow but that trailer was WAY better than the one we have!

anybody know how to read japanese?
http://www.watchmenmovie.co.uk/intl/jp/

that little key chain item looks interesting

There's not much to read.

Site headline is something like "Movie [Watchmen] Official Site. 2009 March 28 (Saturday)." and then something about "national roadshow", which I guess means wide release?

The trailer is a little difficult for me. Between what I can read and what I'm guessing:
The opening narration says "when the world was in the shadow of [something], there were heroes called Watchmen. Some people [something], other people turned off the image(?)".

Then the titles (not the ones under dialog, which I assume are pretty much matching what the actors are saying):
"Watchmen" as we see the Comedian getting thrown.
"It all started with one man's murder(?)", after the smiley badge.
"Investigating the case <the man without a face>"
"The heroes who are gradually wiped out"
"The Watchmen's reality is becoming clear"
"Why?"
"Who?"
"A huge conspiracy(? it literally says "shadow-scheme") unfolds"
Then something like "The visionary world of the director of 300"
"Justice"
"Saving the world?"
"Annihilation?"
"Watchmen", again
And last, "Although unknown, the truth is out there" or something.

As for the rest of the site, you can all probably imagine what it says. Typical website stuff, synopsis, wallpapers, 1300-yen keychain ("Makes a great gift!"), etc.

Fun fact: " ウォッチメン " = "Watchmen", phonetically transcribed into Japanese. Actually it's more like "Uotchimen" or "Wotchimen".

Wow, that trailer just blew me away. So much better then any other trailer I've seen yet-- I don't know why though, perhaps just the scenes they chose, but it just gave me a feeling of pure excitement.

"Watchmen" Japanese trailer with English subtitles

Oh, nice find.

Glad to see my translations weren't too bad.

Although it's weird how the subtitles don't match the dialog. But that happens a lot, sentences getting put in different order depending on the language; I'm sure it makes more sense if you were to watch the whole scene.
