that guy's got a reputation as an old, crotchety sourpuss. he's constantly going off on tirades and griping about stuff that needs to be done that he refuses to do. he flipped out when it was suggested that the $50 million "bridge to nowhere" be removed from his state's (Alaska) budget since it was obviously just porkbarrel politics. he's like a cranky 2 year-old in an 80 year-old body.
