Manips have been allowed for quite some time now! - So far there has not been a kick-ass manip entry as a winner of a contest... I'm looking forward to a kick-ass manip...

I think that's A-Man's point - I don't know about you but I've seen a lot of good manips entered in the contests

but i think drawing/illustration requires more effort and skill...and that's why they're admired more.

That's funny, since I actually admire a good manip over a drawing.
