You're right, I confused the ending shots of 1 and 2. 1 only had birds.

Same. Well, that and Indiana Jones. Spielberg takes the place as probably my favorite film director of all time
I'm so excited for Jurassic World, when a trailer does finally drop I'm sure I will be anticipating it just as much as Ant-man or AoU.

I actually loved the San Diego stuff, but I'm talking about the very end. The classic theme playing, we see the rex's with the baby and the stegosaurus's walking and then the pteranodon. To me that's such a beautiful little scene with the music behind it, it's great. Surprised to you its forgettable. That sucks haha.

I probably rewatched Lost World more times than the original, so for me that scene always stood out for me. I loved it.

i wasn't a fan of the Lost World. the San Diego scenes were idiotic. they should have stuck closer to the book.

I'm not sure if TLW has aged that well, but I still like it. And have watched it a ton of times. It wipes the floor with JP3 and contains better moments.

Idiotic, yes. But I enjoyed it. Once it ended the rest of the ending is way forgetable

Yeah I enjoyed the san diego stuff, which is why I dont remember anything past it

I would have preferred the original ending with the hang-gliders. Not really a fan of the San Diego rampage.

TLW could have easily been TLW and JP3, ending with them leaving the island as a cliffhanger, and the dinosaurs escaping the mainland being how to deal with JP3....but alas, no. I enjoy all three, but what could've been right? Also would've been nice to see a TLW closer to the book, which is a billion times better.
