I didn't see the JW gameplay cause it was pulled, I just read the spoilers for what happens, I did see a guy playing earlier on twitch. But he wasn't playing any of the major JW movie missions.

But I like it it sounds cool, I wanna see how it plays out. I am sure Rexy is gonna get her fair share of jabs in on the I-Rex :)

I just received my press pass for the opening Friday press screening of the film! :woot:

So many of these so called "reviews" contradict eachother.

Rexy lives. Rexy dies. But judging from the Lego game she does survive and I have seen several others (namely Redditors) claim the same. Here's hoping she actually DOES surive and retreats back into the jungle. I'd hate the fact of such an iconic character to be killed.

Hunter I dunno if I asked you but are you getting the JW Lego game? Are you a gamer?

I actually don't have a PS4 or XboxOne yet, and I've never played the LEGO games. I wish they'd make a games based on the movie where you could actually maintain the Park for a bit before it hits the fan. :D

So what dose ever one think the RT score will be and what will be the over call thought about the movie? I think it will get around a 85 score and I think it will be not as good has the first one but a good worthily sequel and much better then 2 and 3.

I think this will end up with a 50-60% critics review and 80-90% fan review. Based on trailers and premise alone, the film looks much more interesting than TLW or JP3 so fans will probably enjoy the nostalgic return. But critics will do the usual overanalyzation of what's clearly intended to be a fun, summer movie that pays homage to the first instead of trying to outdo or diminish it.

With tempered expectations, this film should be very enjoyable.

I'm watching this Wednesday. Can't wait for it.

This will be the first time I'm watching a Jurassic Park movie in cinema.

That's cool! Curious, though, how you are watching it Wednesday.

Enjoy seeing JP in the theaters! JP and TLW were fantastic experiences for me even at 10 and 14 years old. JPIII was not since the "talking raptor" and disgraceful T-Rex death took me right out of the movie.

No worries. I saw that after I posted, and fixed it haha.

How do you feel about
Rex pushing it off the edge?

I would have preferred
it get's the killing bite. The push, what's the context? A shove, or an overpower?

I hope
it is a luck thing because it doesn't make much sense for Rexy to deliberately push the iRex into the reach of the Mosasaurus. That sort of critical thinking and intelligence is far beyond that of a real T-Rex or the level of intelligence established for T-Rex in previous films. Also, pushing isn't really T-Rex's strong suit given its small arms. The iRex is better designed for that sort of action with its large forelimbs. T-Rex is essentially designed as a one-trick superbiter. Who knows how accurate the game is to the film anyways...

From my understand of how it's described its not like Rexy deliberately did it or premeditated it haha. It just happens. They're fighting and Rexy does something that gets I-Rex close to the tank.

Just read some of the Lego Jurassic World livestream spoilers on Reddit and they confirmed some of my worst fears. Just urgh... Like Jaws 4 type storytelling stupidity.

Could you please explain?

The Raptors turn because as we feared the I-Rex establishes itself as the Alpha and commands them to do so despite the fact that they are completely different species and the countless other reasons why it is scientifically idiotic.

You mean Dinopark Tycoon? Oh to be in 3rd grade again.

I actually don't mind that. Plus also gonna see how it plays out in the film.

Goddamnit.

I guess since the I-Rex is part velociraptor, it works?

Still pretty dumb if true.

Last I heard, there is no raptor in the iRex mix, at least, according to the official website.

Still not loving the raptor shot, but I think the rest are pretty amazing.

Apparently you are correct. Though I do recall the first info about Indominus stating that it was a mix of T-Rex, Velociraptors, a snake (?) and something else.

They probably changed it or it was fake info.
