Actually, I think it's the other way around. Here in the U.S., the bullied brings the gun. Sadly, they often shoot more than just the bullies.

Yet, they seem to be perfectly fine with fat nerds critiquing trailers or talentless 12 year olds covering popular songs... seems a little backwards to me.
