What's the version called where you get Killer Instinct Classic with it? Shame I can't trade in my free KI with characters unlocked and get that instead.

While risky on the offence, isn't that what counter breakers are for? On defence, some might risk eating a whole combo than to get a counter breaker. A counter breaker is the diference between a 24% and a 62% combo. So I doubt we'll be seeing combo breaker heavy matches. At least this year. EVO will make or break this game.

Yea thats true and I cant speak too intelligently on the subject as my knowledge on the game is still fairly limited. I haven't really dug deep into this game the way i did say MK or Injustice.

Wouldn't doubt that list, altho and again let me preface this by again stating my ignorance on the intricacies of this game, i think Spinal will be one to watch. He seems like he offers up a LOT of change of pace moves. Things like his low, mid, high skull shot could really open up some potential combos.

I cant friggin wait for Fulgore tho.

Yea iv heard the same. I like the dude tho and im by NO means advanced. So he's not too difficult to learn, at least at a basic level.

Primary reason I doubt anyone will use Spinal in EVO. Spinal requires a lot of meter AND skull management to be effective. Spinal is a beast with skulls, but is trash without them. His specials are unsafe, and has poor normals. That teleport is pretty easy to get knocked out of as well.

Casually, he's fun though. It's just when you think about all the technical stuff, he becomes a chore.

So the game says that if you own the Combo Breaker(which i have) or Ultra Editions of the game, Classic Jago is unlocked, yet in my game he's still locked and the only option i see is to purchase him for 3.99. Anyone know how i go about getting this classic Jago skin?

Edit, nvm, i think its just poorly worded. Combo Breaker users still need to purchase the skin. Weak sauce. Shoulda gone with the Ultimate.

Yeah, I was gonna get Combo but decided ON Ultimate instead. I'm really gonna want all those classic suits. I've been playing with classic Jago and Classic Glacius.

Also, was Double Helix working on a story mode for this game? I'd sure like to get one.

I don't know what the situation is now but I'm sure a story mode was at one point supposed to be part of a future season's DLC. I definitely want that too.

Finally changed my NAT to open and was able to play online for the first time. Won my first two matches so far as Jago against other Jago's. Pretty satisfying lol

Jago's classic does NOT stand the test of time, IMO. As for Wulf....something went wrong there. Glacius' is the REAL winner as far as classics go. Im a bit indifferent towards Orchid's KI1 look, Id perfer the KI2 look.

I think some of the classic skins are okay on Sabrewulf, it's just those eyes that look like they're staring at two different objects that look off.

And yes, Glacius classic is just perfect! If they went with this design for his normal costume, I would have not minded at all.
