Five years for carrying a goddamn blade? That's ridiculous.
Whoever this guy is, he's a moron.

Like we don't have enough people in prison as it is.

Its not. there are more and more instances of kids carrying blades around schools (and using them) and what have. we should try and nip it in the bud whilst we can. If that means a couple of dozen kids get jail time just cos they think carrying (and using) a blade makes them a man, so be it.
Jusat like when one of so solid crew (an urban garagy type act) got done for possesion of a gun. thought it made him a man till he got sent down. then cried like a baby when he was sentenced
