I have a cousin who has his own business in which he creates realistic costumes of the many superheros. He called me up and told me he was phoned by the Spider-man movie creators to chip in on some of the designing for the Green Goblin outfit. He told me a few things about it.

The suit is actually more medevil and frightening then futuristic, although there is metallic armor in some spot for protection(shoulders, chest, knees).

He also said that the goblin will sport a hood and tunic.

As for the glider, all he could say was that it looks awesome.

Sounds pretty cool, stay tuned for more!"

Ahead of His time:

That would be awesome, if they were to tie all the Marvel movies (beginning with Blade and X-Men) together into continuity. So, say the next movie out is Hulk. They would get actors from Blade, X-Men, and Spider-Man on Hulk. Then Blade 2 would have X-Men, Spider-man and Hulk. And so on.
