This past weekend John Landis attended the HorrorHound Weekened in Pittsburgh to meet and greet with tons of horror fans. While hanging out with Bloody-Disgusting we had the chance to talk a bit about a possible remake to his classic An American Werewolf In London, which will be arriving on Blu-ray with the documentary BEWARE THE MOON sometime in 2009. In brief, Landis exclaimed with excitement "I would do it, sure!" telling us that there have been a wide range of talks over the years. What is really comes down to is licensing the character rights, which Landis owns. So for those of you who want a remake, there is a good chance it'll eventually happen. In the film two American tourists in England are attacked by a werewolf that none of the locals will admit exists.
