I really love Kara and J'onn's scene in Medusa (S2E8) where J'onn tells Kara:
"Your parents' legacy is not death and destruction Kara Zor El. It is you!"

It's my favorite scene from both seasons (not sure why though but it did touch me).

Another one is J'onn and Kara scene in Alex (S2E19) where she says she is listening for Alex.

Well Kelly's fave is mine as well, so that's the one that'll be getting my vote in the poll. However, some other scenes I really liked this season:


I just love Kara/J'onn bonding scenes.


And Kara/Alex bonding.


And Kara/Kal bonding.


My preferred dual Supers rescue sequence.


The first time Supergirl and Lena drop the polite and friendly exteriors and get to the Real Talk.


And drunk Kara, lol.

I loved the way Kara lights up. In fact I loved Melissa's acting in this entire scene and the sister chemistry as well.
