People would laugh if they knew what I feed my dogs. It takes me about as long to make them breakfast and dinner as it does for human meals. When my daughter was about 8, she told me “Well, dogs are people too”. One of the best things about raising children is remembering, and telling people,the funny s*** they say.

Since it’s rare for casual conversation to be logically precise, “QED” would be of limited use. But I suppose it has humorous applications. E.g.: “Trump is a pathological liar. QED.”
