Latest Anime you watched? - Part 2

I got through about five of those episodes a while back...should view the rest sometime.

Finished Fate/Stay Night. Enjoyed it a lot. Moving onto Kill La Kill

"And yet The Town Moves" (Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru)

More of a girls' show, but it is bizarrely funny.

Just finished watch ANOTHER, better then I expected... Kinda like Final Destination, but better executed, its slow, patient and methodical... Pretty cool

Love that show.

Has Wizard Barristers shown yet? If so, anyone seen it?

Just started watching Attack on Titan

Just started watching Attack on Titan

I'm hearing great things…here and there…as someone who just started watching what's your take? I'm tempted to check it out…it seems to be the big series at the moment.

staying on topic:

My Bride is A Mermaid: "The Running Man"…who knew Yakuza and Mermaids could mix…and so well...

It is very good so far; a solid, gripping story with beautiful animation. It has some of the stereotypical aspects of anime characters such as overly exaggerated facial expressions, but its only a minor drawback. Definitely worth checking out.

watching two at the moment, good belss HULU and Netflix... Crossgame and Rosario + Vampire. enjoying Crossgame a lot, I'm a huge baseball fan. Not so much Rosario + Vampire, but I'll finish it

Re-watching Rurouni Kenshin. I saw a handful of episodes years ago. Steve Blum is awesome as Shishio!

For those who are watching Attack on Titan, I won't spoil anything, but for sure it's a top 5 for me. You'll love it!

Finished the first season of Attack on Titan. Despite the fact that not very much is revealed about the Titans, it was still ridiculously exciting. I also loved how the series maintains focus on the primary storyline and does not get caught up in redundant subplots. I'm hoping season 2 arrives on netflix soon.

Kill La Kill Ep 14 - disaster porn at its finest.

Just marathoned for two days an anime I found on netflix called Attack on Titan and I loved it.:hubba The fight animations were delicious looking, and the music darkly majestic. I enjoyed the dark dytopian atmosphere and that it took itself seriously. No ridiculous love triangles, or some other bs, rearing it's ugly head in the middle of a damn apocalypse.

The boys were badass. The girls were badass, and not a one scantily clad thank god. I also liked the anyone can die premise. More realistic that way and it just confirms even more these people live in hell.

The titans themselves were very creepy looking in the best possible way. Never have I been so unnerved by large nude people. It's like part of me wants to laugh at them, but then you see that slasher smile on their face while they munch on human-beings like their candy and you just go holy **** instead. I want to know more about them. Especially the
shifters
.

I loved the whole premise of this anime and was hungry for a second season and dub before I even got to the ending. Absolute 4 out of 5 stars for me.

Kill La Kill ep. 14.
Finished Heat Guy J. Liked it a lot better the second time around.
Started Psycho-Pass.

Psycho Pass is awesome. A damn good series. Hope you like it.

Current/New viewings:

Hetalia: Axis Powers: Episodes "41", "42", "43".

My Bride is a Mermaid: "Pumping Iron", "Armageddon", and "A Slave of Love".

Heaven's Lost Property: "Angeloid Directive Zero", "Love and Triangles, Revisited", "Hot Night with the Big Fish", and "Swimsuit Surf Brigade, GO! GO! GO!".---Not sure I'll keep up with this one.

Soul Eater: "Black-Blooded Terror: There's A Weapon Inside Crona?", and "Medusa The Witch: The One Who Possesses a Great Evil Soul?"---slowly moving through this one.

Attack On Titan is a pretty original idea and done well. A bit too much on the angst, but I guess the situation calls for it. there's another Ghost In The Shell out that supposedly a prequel when The Major first joins up.

Also want to re-recommend the Steins; Gate series and the recent movie.

Attack on Titan. Better late than never, right?

Same, just finished season 1 myself a little bit ago. The ending frustrated me though since I wanted to watch more...and they leave it on a cliffhanger (expected, but still, lol). So guessing half a year until I start in on season 2 (assuming it's picked back up by then :csad:).

I liked Another too. My favorite part was at the beginning though when he got in the elevator, and she was standing behind him without him noticing. I think this series would be a good introduction for non-anime fans who like horror things.

As for last I watched, about to try Deadman Wonderland. Took me a sec to find the right version though. Didn't realized there was a live version, lol. Not sure if it's good or not, but the live action anime adaptions really don't appeal to me. Even the Death Note one (which looked better than others I've seen) just didn't strike me as something I wanted to spend time watching.

Kill La Kill Episode 15

Action still keeps getting crazier.

I'm going to do the same thing for this series that I did for AoT. Let the first season finish, then marathon it sometime over a weekend. The really good series are like popcorn too me, and I just want to watch one after another. Cost me plenty of sleep before work in the past, but well worth it, lol. I get too impatient waiting for the next episodes on some sereis, heh.
