Lauren Cohan joins new Peter Berg action film Mile 22

The Happening was a comedy, it just wasn’t INTENDED to be.
That ending was pure foolishness.

Wahlberg's acting alone makes it hilarious. I know Shayamalan has had a bit of a resurgence of late, but never forget: he's the guy who thought all of us were stupid enough to buy Mark Wahlberg as a science teacher.

It's a little beyond me why Wahlberg is a thing.


He can't act, he has zero charisma, and he's a ****** dude.

Yeah, I don't get it either. Especially in an age when we're unearthing every bad thing every celeb has ever done, here's a guy who was once such a racist psycho that he tried to kill a couple of guys because they happened to be Vietnamese, and he hurled rocks at black kids while calling them the N-word.

His self-congratulatory interview bragging about forgiving himself didn't help.

Eh, you bald heads is wrong. Wahlberg is a solid actor and has had above average performances under his belt. He was great in Boogie Nights.

One thing I thought was hilarious is they used Marky Mark's catchphrase against him in the movie.

I don't know what was going through Peter Berg's head when doing these action scenes but the fights have some of the worst editing and camera work I've ever seen. You could barely see what Iko was doing, and anyone who has seen The Raid films would know that is disgraceful!

The movie was a mess, and it's terribly shot. Too much quick cutting and shaky cam.

Wahlberg's character is kind of obnoxious and unlikable.

Saw it tonight and man, this movie was on ADD. Seriously. It did not know what it wanted to be. Peter Berg had a good streak with his last three movies, but this one is his first miss since Battleship. I thought Iko Uwais was the only one who was good in it. Also, after this movie, I feel like Lauren Cohan could hold her own as an action star.

Man. haven't seen this yet but I was hoping Lauren Cohan would steal this movie from Wahlberg. Maybe Ronda Rousey too.. he's was good in Ted, but action? not really
