Wouldn't a better fight be between Darkseid and Joker VS Doom and Goblin? Darkseid controls an entire planet while Doom only has his country.

As for the match that you did post, I don't see Lex being able to outsmart Doom.

why Darkseid? He overpowers all of them alone. Might as well just get rid of lex and Doom and throw Darkseid and Thanos in the mix. Even so Thanos and Goblin would be top dogs.

Doom would annihilate the opposition himself. Lex is mildly ******ed next to viscious Vic and would get butchered to boot. Then at the last minute when Doom's shadow looms over a fallen dying Lex, Dooms arm would extend toward lex and a hologram would emerge and it would reveal that Lex infact was not beaten by Doom himself but a mere Doombot, as Doom was to busy having dinner with the Silver Sable. Joker and Goblin would be a fun match to watch, but physically, CQ, one on one Goblin would humiliate Joker. Goblin also has the means to rain on 'em from a distance too.
