@THUNDERSTRIKE, "Beavertails" is a pastry made of dough and then topped off with a topping of your choice. It is simply in the shape of a beaver tail but I assure you, it is only a pastry, not a part of a beaver. Come to Ottawa, Canada and try one. You might really like it.
