So, the long alluded to Mr. Linderman obviously has his hands in a lot of people's affairs and will eventually be someone with long term plans.

He has Nathan in his pocket. Nikki / Jessica as well. Bought Isaac's paintings, interferring with Peter's plans.

Will we have a sort of Brotherhood of Mutants, with Linderman assuming the Magneto role? Could Mohinder factor into his plans? Is Sylar too much of a loose cannon to fit into anyone's schemes? A potential tie to Mr. Bennet's little band of abiguously motivated mutants?

Where do you think Linderman's ties will lead?

as far as I've seen there will be no "Magnetos" or "Xaviers" or "Artie And Leech" in this show, so keep the funnybook hopes down and enjoy a story being told in a different way

and it's obvious that Linderman is a huge player

But the question is What are his plans? I have a feeling that HRG is good and Linderman is the evil the Heroes are up against.

I'm curious what Linderman is up to as well. I don't think he has super-powers... for some reason I just have this gut feeling that the only "bad" super-guy we're going to see for a while is Sylar. But it's obvious he has a vested interest in the heroes and their abilities, much like Bennett, who also doesn't appear to have powers. So my guess is he's kind of like the anti-Bennet... instead of gathering info on the heroes and then letting them go their own ways (except in dire cases when he needs their help), he may be gathering info on them simply to blackmail them all and get them to do his own dirty deeds.

no team-ups between "villains"

but maybe we'll see Linderman tonight in Six Months Ago

linderman i have a feeling will be the villian in season 2

he should be like a kingpin

actually there is a speculated leech in here either the hation or clairs dad because eden could use her powers against them

I doubt Linderman is aware of the super powered nature of Nathan, Isaac, and Nikki. He's simply a highly influential mob boss who effects alot of people. He'll probably fit a role similar to The Kingpin in Marvel for Heroes.

I read on another board that Linderman is being played by
Christopher Eccleston and he is the one who is supposed to help Peter learn to control his powers. It would kinda explain why he brought the painting of Peter's death. Supposedly he has the power of invisibility, and he's had it longer than most of the other Heroes have had their abilities and he's learned how to live and survive with it.

I believe it was on Heroes-Forum.com that I read this but I'm not 100% sure. Heck...I dont even know if its completly true. Could be complete BS. I just figured I post it anyway.

Maybe Linderman has abilities...everybody seems to be converging on Las Vegas...hmmm....by chance...

There's hardly a convergence going down in Vegas. How many characters are actually IN Vegas at this point in the story? Or heading there?

I'm thinking Linderman is a mob boss obsessed with all things mysterious and/or mystical/mutated.

and then there's the off the wall chance that he's just your regular crime boss

Yea i figured that too Linderman is a human mob boss villain

I think Linderman might have stolen a copy of Papa Sureshes list, and is trying to gather information about the people on it.
