Yep they dont need to swim to go into a lake or get to its bottom. And there isnt much pressure at the bottom of a lake so they wpuld be able to move around on the bottm of a lake. An ocean however would be an insurmountable obstacle for a wight so the Iron Islands are safe. Unless the NK and wight walkers can use boats and ships.
