Here's what I spotted in the sky as the Montreal Formula 1 Grand Prix took place this afternoon, here's a few pics:

I'll be out in Atlanta tonight. I remember reading that they would be putting the shield on a couple buildings in Atlanta, but it didn't say which. I'm guessing the Bank of America building, since it's the tallest building in the southeast. The Fedral Reserve is a possibility, too. It's not that tall but it faces the busiest street in Atlanta and the front of the building is a huge white facade with very few windows. I'll take my camera and camcorder with me this evening in case I see anything (hell, I may end up driving around just looking for the stuff!). Wish me luck, and hopefully I'll have some stuff to put up here later this evening.

So I drove around Atlanta tonight and saw absolutely nothing having to do with "Superman Returns." I did see one dude with an \S/ shirt on walking down the street...

Hey Dr. MIX, since your also in Montreal, can you confirm or deny for me something. Thats if you can. My gf saw an interview with Brandon Routh on TV and apparently he was here in Montreal. Im not shure if he's here for the F1 gp again as he was in Monaco. Perhaps they also have something planned for Montreal for its premiere? That would be awesome, specialy with what you posted above it would only make sense.

Usually the F1 gp brings many many celebrities. Some are also friends of teams and drivers. To name one, i saw Frankie Muniz at the race there. So thats just one, i think Madonna's still in town as well.

No I haven't heard anything of Routh being in Montreal, the only star I spotted at the GP yesterday was Frankie Muniz (he was in the junior race). I am attending the sunday race, I'll let you know if I see anything Who knows, maybe Routh wil show up

I think they should've had a banner of Superman flying and the background would be colored like the sky to blend in.

That's an interesting idea, as though he is literally flying in the air, although I still think the S shield is most effective.
