looking for a comic book, do not know the title

it came out in the 90s it was a girl who found this 19th century gold or maybe brass robot that was steam powered. the robot talked with a cockney accent from that era that is all i know. if anybody knows the title i can track down the issues.

Sounds like Mr. Hero, the Newmatic Man by Tekno Comics.

Ran for 18 issues in the mid-90's.
