Looking for video converter

I've been searching around but I can't find a decent one.

Anyone know of any that are FREE.

I want to convert the file to MPEG. so that I can upload it to Youtube.

I normaly use videos movie maker for that haha, save the file from adobe then open it in MM and put the file size to less that 100mb and upload it
