M-Who has seen this movie?

A psychotic child murderer stalks a city, and despite an exhaustive investigation fueled by public hysteria and outcry, the police have been unable to find him. But the police crackdown does have one side-affect, it makes it nearly impossible for the organized criminal underground to operate. So they decide that the only way to get the police off their backs is to catch the murderer themselves. Besides, he is giving them a bad name.

Wow, never even heard of it until now, sounds pretty cool.

I can't even explain how I found it, I wasn't on IMDB, the window just popped up on its on without me doing anything.

I've seen it. Its good. Pretty racy subject matter. It's in German but the story is engaging and the end is pretty awesome. Definalty check it out. It's a Fritz Lang film so hopefully this will get you interested in his other films, mainly Metropolis. I also believe that this is his first "talkie." Peter Lorre is great too, playing the child murder. Haven't seen it in a while, but I rember how engaging the story and characters were. Not to mention the photography seemed to be pretty technical for its day...but this is just an amature's opinion.

Fritz Lang is cool, I still need to see Metropolis... I myself thought hte movie had it's good points, for example an excellent ending and some great concepts but it lacks a centralized character and thus is boring and slow.
