Paramount Pictures' Navy SEALs combat dog tale Alpha appears to be moving forward today as The Wrap brings word that Martin Campbell (Casino Royale, Green Lantern) is in talks to helm the project.
In development for some time, the latest draft of Alpha hails from Scott Frank (Minority Report) with David Benioff (The 25th Hour), Carl Ellsworth (Red Eye) and Graham Roland ("Fringe") having previously done work on the script.
Set in South America, the story finds a Navy SEAL who must work with military canines to rescue their captured handler.
