It is the same costume as the Dodson one in the collage. The difference is that it's colored correctly in Bagley's version. It was designed by Humberto Ramos and is probably one of the few good things to come out of his run.

Humberto drew it differently, though. He had the armour as more of a mish-mash, whereas Bagley and Dodson give him the same armour all over.

I heard that the Ultimate costume is actually leather instead of whatever-stretchy-fabric in the classic.
