Marvel October '08 Solicitations

Cable: I hate what happened to Cassandra Cain as much as anyone, but where's all the hate for what's been done to Bishop? Doesn't anyone remember that he used to be a pretty cool character?

No, that never happened.

PJ b****ed about Bishop's massive character change when it happened.

And, while we're at it, I feel like I've seen a lot more b****ing about Wolverine overexposure than Superman or Batman overexposure.

With your real name and address posted in your sig.

While you're at it, tell them that Cesar Romero blows away Heath Ledgers performance as the Joker.

Dare I say that you should suggest that Halle Berry return to play her version of Catwoman in the third film. :o

That's because everybody loves to hate on Marvel right now, with the abysmal state that DC Comics is in right now, it's no fun to ***** about them.:o

*waits for Doc*

The state of DC makes me :( .

Superman deserves better than the horribly written "Trinity." :cmad:

You mean like the awesomely written Action Comics, or maybe getting James Robinson on Superman, something like that?

Yeah, I was enjoying my DC titles way more about 4 months ago. What happened? :(

Truth be told, I hold both companies liable for an equal amount of total suck out there at this particular period in history.

Yeah, you would do that, and you would be wrong.

Yeah, no.

50% of both companies' books right now are unreadable crap. I suppose you'll spin this somehow into my being a DC fanboy. A leap of logic that makes SBP punches and deals with the devil rock solid by comparison.

OYL was actually worse than Countdown, IMO...and that's saying something. But, at least it gave us 52.
Nah, please, lay off the crack.
For long-term damage, I agree with Doc. It's been two years since OYL and some of its f***-ups have made books unreadable to this day while others are still being addressed and fixed. Countdown ended a few months ago and it's been almost completely forgotten.
