Comics Marvel to Kill Sabretooth? Looks like it.

Wolverine is finnally going to kill Sabretooth (again!) in issue #55 and supposedly he will stay dead this time. A new villain on the level of Apocalypse named Romulus will be replacing Creed in Logan's Rogues Gallery. This is the dude who is in charge of the Weapon X program that apeared in the shadows behind Creed in a flashback in issue #54. This means hes probobly the shadowy guy thats behind everything in Origins as well. I like how Origins finnally seems to tie in with the original series but unfortunetly this means Wolverine will be weilding the Muramasa blade again.

Like anyone expects this to stick or have any weight in like a year at most.

Just wait until Joey Quesadilla or someone else feels that having Sabertooth come back for no reason is better than a final to the death match with Wolvie that will happen soon.

I certainly wouldn't cry about Creed staying permanently dead. He hasn't really been interesting since the 80s/90s.

Nah, Creed's time has passed. I love the fact that he's one of the few villains that has absolutely no chance at redemption and is pure evil... But they've played his story out too many times.

That, and the fact that most people know him as little more than Wolverine's arch-nemesis hurts the character.

Let him die. And keep him dead. (yeah, right...)

You know, Sabes just casually picking up his severed arm and putting it back on reminds me of that God-awful scene from Predator where Carl Weathers has both of his arms blown off... and doesn't even flinch.

Are you sure you are remembering that scene correctly? Because I believe Carl Weathers in the film got one of his arms blown off, followed by a scream in agony, which in turn, preceeded a futile attempt to take a shot at The Predator with his other arm. And of course, he was killed and beheaded for his troubles.

Eh. Scream in agony or not, he still turned and took a decent shot rather than, you know, collasping in horrible pain like a real person.

But that movie was crap from the beginning, so the scene fits.

I liked the movie. But I also liked Carl Weathers death in Rocky IV better.

Eh. I felt like it had so much wasted potential. I was getting bored watching Arnold go hand-to-hand with an ugly ass alien that had insane technology.

I'd of had more fun if it'd be a combo of the first two... That being, rather than dueling in a jungle the Predator and Arnold could have gone head to head in a city with equally explosive weapons.

Now THAT'S a bad action movie I want to see. t:
