What do you have against Kingsley?
He's a fraud.
What do you have against Kingsley?
Kingsly.
When mecendale was bound to a demon wasn't that technically Demigoblin?
He's a fraud.
I never understood Kingsley. He's a wealthy business man. Why try to profit from being a costumed supervillain? With characters like Luthor (God complex) and Osborn (bat-crazy) it makes sense. Kingsley doesn't have a ego like Luthor, and he's pretty damn sane. He has the money and power, so why Kingsley? What were his motivations?
Definitely Kingsley for me. He was behind the mystery of the Hobgoblin in the first place, and I love how he's basically a business man without the usual emotional attatchments most villains have.
Every businessman wants to make more money. That's really what I see his issue being. Even billionaires crave more money. With Kingsley he ended up stumbling upon a way to make more money and get more power, and he used it. If that had been anyone else who stumbled upon the Green Goblin tech they may have used it to be a hero, or maybe a villain. The difference with Kingsley is that he used it to gain more money and power, but in the process he used other people too. That's essentially what all businessmen do anyway.
