His name is actually Ursa Major. He's one of the Soviet Super-Soldiers, USSR's version of the Avengers. I like them and him, so he get's my vote.

I actually know both of these guys T-Devil was part of the outsiders and seriously, no joke i was talking to some cat the other day about Ursa major( must've been that ESP i was giving out cause of this round!)
