I have thought long and hard on this (yes, I know: "that's what she said"), and I gotta go with Electro. I like Weather Wizard, but I don't think he's made as much of a mark as Electro.

Electro. ASM's next story arc features the return of Electro. I'm not sure if I'll read it.

I won't, but I hope they do a good job with him. The most recent appearance we have for him is him wetting himself when confronted by Luke stupid Cage, whose ass Electro could kick in his sleep, back in New Avengers, right? I hope we get something that makes up for that.

Just on costumes alone, Electro's just looks too silly. I prefer The Shocker's much more if I want an electrified super-villian.
