I know you need 300 posts, but I've been here almost two years and have only hit the halfway mark so far. At this rate I won't be able to upload an avatar until 2013, so any chance a mod or admin can just give me an avatar, please? This is the image I'd like as my avatar. Thank you.

I don't think the mods can help you with your post count.
