MCU: The Silver Surfer surfs home!

Put him in Guardians of the Galaxy 3. Reference Galactus somehow. From there, do some crossover with the FF (maybe with the new Avengers team we should have then) and then Surfer solo! Preferably with Mephisto or Terrax as villain

I'd have the Silver Surfer in a second or third Fantastic Four film, then Galactus in the Phase 6 Avengers movie. Let's see Galactus as the next big bad after Thanos.

Mephisto would be cool, but I'd go with Morg or the Fallen One was the antagonists. They're actual threats to Surfer, while Terrax is not.

Mephisto would be cool, but I'd go with Morg or the Fallen One was the antagonists. They're actual threats to Surfer, while Terrax is not.

I would just make Terrax and Morg like the same character. Beef Terrax up. I would argue he is more popular than Morg is.

Uatu and Galactus, hell yes!

Reeves as Surfer... no. He doesn't fit the character and ,imo, is pretty weak as an actor.

I would LOVE to see the annual issue of Surfer play out on film. Where after Galactus banishes him, he is freed of his Earth prison to seek out his home, only to have it ripped from him by Mephisto. Want. THIS!
