if true, seems like kinda of waste

just another example of them using a "Fan cast" as some {nod and a wink} inside joke for the Fans... an not leading to anything

even Captain Britain seems too obvious of a pick

I hope he doesn't join the Mcu, I find his acting quite stiff. Not very emotive as an actor.

I feel that's more a case of the characters he has played recently - unfortunately - being written that way. His Superman was not very emotive, neither was his character in MI, Argyle or Witcher etc. Strong brooding silent types.

He was quite good in Sandcastle, with a southern USA drawl, and also Man From UNCLE - and going by recent reviews him and Ritchson are standouts in Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare.
