My money would be on Gadget. Though of course he would have no clue that Tao is evil, therefore Penny and Brain would pretty much do all the work. Penny could override Tao's circutry with her computer book giving Gadget the advantage. That is if he's not busy mistaking his dog for a mad agent.

Well, its assuming she can overide his cyborg circutry before he knows she's there. She'd probobly need a few miles distancing first and thats assuming that he dosen't go straight for the kill. Its a bit of a stretch but with tactical planning I think she could pull it off. That computer book is more powerful than the holy grail!
