I want to take this opportunity to wish all of you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and Eid Mubarak!

This is indeed a happy holiday season for many and I wish you all well.

As I reflect on the year here on the hype, I know that from time to time there have been some really spirited debates. Sometimes that passion and the anonymity of a message board causes one's response to cross the line of the respect we should show each other, even if that respect is not reciprocated.

I want to apology for any uncivilzed behavior on my part and to anyone and everyone who I may have offended. This has never been my intent.

Though I have not always agreed with the positions that some posters take (and like wise I'm sure), SHH has helped me to learn that its ok to agree to disagree.

I have enjoyed my time on the HYPE and mainly because of many of the rich personalities that frequent this message board who I sometimes get an opportunity to interact with and to talk to one on one.

Every able-bodied Muslim who can afford to do so is obliged to make the pilgrimage to Makkah at least once in his or her lifetime.
