Okay, admittedly I'm biased as hell, because I'm a diehard Friday the 13th fan so I'm always rooting for the big guy. Besides that, he's just a more interesting character than Michael.... he can be both the unstoppable, violent monster he's usually portrayed as while at the same time also being a sympathetic character.... a ******ed child in a man's body, striking out with rage at the world that he thinks killed his mother.

But as far as who would win in a fight.... ignoring my obvious bias coming back in again, I still say Jason all the way. Michael can take his fair share of damage, sure, but he usually goes down a lot easier than Jason ever has since Friday part 6.

I've always liked Michael better because of that William Shatner mask. Honestly, there's no emotion: Just a blank face. not only that, he has some child-like mannerisms (titling the head to the side) and the way he sits up, which probably influenced the early Kane from the WWF/WWE.

In a fight, Jason would win. Jason uses all he can to win,He'll find something around him to kill Michael with and he just keeps regenerating.He's like Timex "He takes a lickin,but keeps on tickin"

I prefer Michael a lot more and he definitely comes across as more intelligent (just barely).
But I see Jason winning this battle only because of his strength.
That's not to say that Michael isn't strong (lifting people up with scapels, crushing their heads, crusing their foreheads with a thumb, etc) but Jason has done worse, or better, whichever you prefer.

There shouldn't be any question. Jason would destroy Michael and it wouldn't be pretty. Jason has the advantages of strength, agility and most of all he's just plain animalistic. Michael is strong but he moves like a freakin robot. By the time Michael lifts a finger Jason will have dismembered him already.

It's almost like asking who would win between Superman and Batman. Yeah, we all know Batman is intelligent (much like Michael) but Superman would hand his ass to him unless they bring in some bull**** reason like Kryptonite gloves lol.

I like them both, but Jason is the stronger of the 2 & can sustain a lot more injuries than Michael. I would love to see a Leatherface Vs. Michael Myers movie. How they would bring the 2 of them together would be the biggest obstacle, but I think they would both be worthy opponents to each other.
