Im just glad to see Michael Shannon get more lead roles. I really think Boardwalk Empire help propel his career alot higher, he is so good on there.

Shannon just gleams of intimidation (like Hardy). I can't wait to see this.

You find Hardy just as intimidating as Shannon?

Yep. I don't see how one wouldn't after The Take, Lawless, TDKR, Warrior, Bronson, etc.

Shannon and Hardy, to me, can almost effortlessly enforce a sense of coercion with their eyes alone.

Not many actors can do they do.

I think Hardy is an awesome actor and it's to his credit that the characters in the movies you mentioned are intimidating but once I see him in an interview he comes off to me as a really nice guy but Shannon seems intimidating 24/7 to me. He has that weird quality of menace all the time.

Oh, off-screen? That's a different story. Shannon appears like a scary creepo all the time. I'd be hesitant to tangle with him in a dark alley... and I use to be a bouncer.

That man has 'crazy eyes'.
