Better check and make sure it didn't install itself anyway. Seems like this is a problem that many people are reporting, actually. You get it from M$ and you don't even know it. Nice.

On the Automatic Update, you have 2 options: Express and Custom.

Express just installs whatever M$ says has to be installed.

Custom lets the user see what is supposed to be installed, and gives the choice to install it or not.

I just have to deal with the downloading of updates every 3 weeks, and it's the same damned one.
